Okay, this is for a tasty dish called matzabrie (fried matza basically).
This recipe is for a one-person meal (if you eat like me;)
Get two eggs and crack them into a bowl.
Beat the eggs until they are liquified
Put 2 to 2 1\2 pieces of plain matza under the faucet and get them soggy.
Break the matza up and pour into the eggs.
Make sure both sides of the matza is covered in egg
Put a little bit of margerine\butter into a frying pan.
Pour the eggy matza into the pan and fry until you see fit
Add salt, pepper, whatever.
