Music sooths the savage beast. Yesterday when I was in one of my rages, I put on Pearl Jam's I Am Mine and calmed down. Music with words rarely calms me; some of Pearl Jam works, U2 works, and The Police works. Barely anything else like that works.
I don't know why I made this post

When I'm worked up I usually put something very loud on in the car and basically scream along to it, burns off my anger and adrenaline :-)

:)
I don't like loud music...like rap and metal. There's some jackasses that love those soundsystems hooked up to their car. So when they're pumping their music, their car as well as ours vibrates. Irritates me.
I'm a grumpy old woman in a 22 year old body ;)

I don't often listen to anything noisier than Sammy Hagar/Van Halen, just something with enough kick to it to get things racing..

Ohh we've loads of the plebs with juiced up car sound systems, nothing more annoying than them driving around the streets with the *thump*, *thump*, *thump*, *thump* thing going on. They're usually combined with lots of plastic crap stuck to the cars and huge loud exhausts :-/
