Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1) Reading
2) Photograph things
3) play with my PS2\Xbox\Gamecube\computer (unless I keep dying then I get frusterated)
4) watch a movie
5) Relax in the hammok outside with a book (yeah it's reading but it's also a hammok!)
6) listen to music (usually U2, Doors, John Williams, Mozart, other classical, and 80's)
